Accounts and page claims

An InlineStats account is free. Claiming a page (a player, team or coach page) is a yearly subscription: your first page is $19 a year (the Founder's Price, which you keep as long as you renew) and each page you add after is $9 a year, all renewing on the same date. A player or coach page has one owner; a team page can have up to three, each with their own claim and subscription. Once your claim is verified, the page shows a Verified badge and you can send in changes to it: a bio, photo or stats corrections for a player; a logo, description and links for a team; a coach page's details. You must be 13 or older to make an account; a parent or guardian may make one for a younger player and is responsible for it.

What you send in

Everything you send in (claims, bios, photos, logos, descriptions and corrections) is reviewed before it appears, and we may decline or remove anything at our discretion. Every claim needs a photo of your photo ID; to claim your child's page, a photo of your child holding your ID. ID photos and other photos sent as proof are seen only by our reviewer and permanently deleted once your claim or change is decided. Only claim a page that is yours to manage, and only send in a photo or logo you have the right to share. Don't send in anything false, offensive or about someone else.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically each year, charged to your card on file, until you stop it. A page added partway through the year is charged for the time left until your renewal date. You can stop any page from renewing, or cancel the whole subscription, from your dashboard at any time: the page stays yours, verified, until the end of the year you paid for, then stops being verified. If a renewal payment fails and isn't fixed, your pages stop being verified.

Refunds

What you pay for a page claim is paid when you send the claim and is not refunded, including when we can't verify the claim or when someone else proves the page is theirs. Stopping a page or cancelling doesn't refund the rest of a year already paid for.

Statistics

Statistics come from leagues' and tournaments' own published results and may contain errors; corrections are welcome through your account.

Closing an account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
